About Buck's Dog Training
Buck's Dog Training operates out of our Mullica Hill, NJ HQ. We take the hard cases — reactivity, aggression, service-dog candidates, breeding-program puppies bred for working roles — and run them with the same standards every time. Real methodology, honest assessment, outcome guarantee.

Founder & CEO
I founded Buck's because I could not find the trainer I wanted for my own dog.
Most trainers I called were one of two things: positive-only specialists who would not touch reactivity, or "balanced" trainers whose definition of balanced was a heavy hand with no nuance. Neither was honest about what worked, and neither was honest about what they could not fix. I started Buck's to be the trainer I needed: real methods, every tool used humanely as communication, honest answers about what a specific dog can become.
Eight years and thousands of cases later, the same standard still drives every program — and now drives the trainer-certification program that brings new trainers up to this bar. The team carries the work; the methodology is the work; the dog is the only thing that matters.
Three people run Buck's day-to-day. Each one of them carries a piece of the operation the brand cannot work without.

Chief Executive Officer
I'm a dog trainer and a husky lover! House Crew loves to come down and hangout watching the training, feel free to say hello and give them some ear scratches, they'll never get enough! I started Buck's Dog Training to save dog's lives. We have saved an incredible amount, and there are still a lot more out there.

Head Trainer
I'm a dog trainer and lover and always have been. I have 4 personal dogs, two of which are being certified in scent detection training. I love my family and my husband, they mean everything to me. I became a dog trainer to unify my family pack, to learn the skills I needed to enrich my high energy dogs, and to bring families together through training, education, and enrichment.

Chief Training Officer
I'm a dog trainer to my core with two dogs that mean everything to me. Barricade helps me a ton with my training and he is 12 months old, Blackout is a few months old and she is being trained for professional work like water rescue and retrieval. I became a dog trainer to connect with dogs and learn more about helping them be the best versions of themselves.

Outcome guarantee on every program
We do not stop until your dog reaches the goals we agree on at the start. Goals are written before drop-off so we both know what success looks like.
Tiered in-person refresher sessions
Foundational graduates get 3, 2 and 3-week graduates get 5, 4-week service-dog graduates get 7-8. Built in, no extra charge.
Lifetime trainer chat access
Every graduate keeps an open chat thread with their trainer for the life of the dog. We are still your trainer at year ten.
Daily updates during board-and-train
Photo and video clips, plain-language training notes — every day your dog is with us, every day you see what is happening.
Reactivity, aggression, bite history, severe anxiety, service-dog candidates. The kind of cases other trainers refer out — we take them on, with a behavior-mod track built for them.
We will tell you when a program is wrong for your dog. We will tell you when a different specialist is the right answer. We will tell you when the no-cost veteran service-dog programs are a better fit than ours. Honesty pays — both sides.
Slip lead, prong collar, e-collar, treats, toys, food, structure, distance, duration, distraction. The right tool depends on the dog and the situation, not on dogma. We explain every choice on the consult before you commit.
The training methodology is documented, taught, and re-certified annually. The trainer running your dog's program meets the same standard whether they have been with us 6 months or 6 years.
Mullica Hill HQ
Our Mullica Hill, NJ headquarters houses the full training floor, kennel suites for board-and-train residents, and the real-world generalization environments we use to proof every graduate before go-home day.

Bucks Pups breeding program
Our breeding program focuses on Siberian Huskies and German Shepherds (with select mixed litters), bred for service-dog work. Every breeding parent is genetic- and health-tested before any pairing.
Past placements have gone on to work as service dogs, police K9s, bomb and drug detection, protection sport, and devoted family pets.
