We do not stop until your dog reaches the goals we agree on at the start. Goals are written down before drop-off so we both know what success looks like.

How do I know which program is right for my dog?+
Book the consult call. The first 30 minutes are free and we listen to what is going on, the symptoms, and the history. Then we recommend a program. The vast majority of new clients fit one of the three board-and-train tiers above; reactive/aggression cases tend toward the 3-week or 4-week. We will be honest if your case sits outside our wheelhouse.
What if I just want one-off lessons in my home?+
Private Lessons are $120 per session, packages from $850. Best for households with stable dogs and the bandwidth to do the day-to-day work themselves. We will tell you on the consult if your case is realistic for private-lesson cadence.
Is the initial consult really free?+
The initial 30-minute phone call is free. If we proceed to an in-person consult, that runs $195 on-site (credited toward your program if you book), $350 off-site, $585 on-site with Nicole, or $1,050 off-site with Nicole. We tell you the exact next step on the call.
What does the outcome guarantee actually mean?+
On every board-and-train program, we do not stop until the goals we agree on at the start of the program are reached. Goals are written down before drop-off so we both know what success looks like — no moving targets, no upsells mid-program.
